"How do I unlock VOOI CSNAPS??"

I earned a total of 16,658 points while using the VOOI platform for two days.
I used VOOI Light and VOOI Pro with 100x leverage to exhaust the fees, and today it seems that either Spot or Swap will be conducted, which will likely open a 5% Points Boost tomorrow.
However, it clearly states that you need at least 2,500 VOOI points, but the CSNAPS lock is still closed on Cookie.
Is there another condition that I missed?
Or do I need to stake at least a small amount of Cookie to qualify?
If anyone who has already unlocked CSNAPS could share their method, I would appreciate it.

Is it that they went to the neighboring Ten Protocol because it's no longer an empty house but a full one?
Or did they go to another platform because of the wall of CSNAPS,...?
