Art Blocks Marfa Weekend 2025 🌵 This was my first year finally making it out to Marfa, and it couldn’t have been more special. I got into the space around 2020, right as Art Blocks was launching. I started building @cypherdao toward the end of that year and have long admired what Art Blocks has done for generative artists and the broader crypto art movement. Finally making it out to Marfa to meet the team and community felt like a full-circle moment. It was amazing to finally meet @egodead, @amadon, and @jackbutcher — three incredible artists whose work I’ve had the honor of collecting. It was also super cool connecting with so many inspiring people — some familiar faces I’d followed for years, others I was meeting for the first time. Had some great conversations and feel grateful to have connected with some truly special humans. I wish I’d pushed past my introvertedness a bit more — there were so many amazing people I didn’t get a chance to connect with. I’m looking forward to continuing to build, collect, and support this amazing space in any way I can. A lot has changed over the years, but leaving Marfa, I felt deeply inspired by the passion and energy of this community.
