If you have previously opted in to be treated as an Accredited Investor, you may opt out at any time.

How can I opt out of Accredited Investor status?

To opt out as an Accredited Investor:

1. Start a live chat via our Support Center and let us know that you no longer wish to be treated as an Accredited Investor

2. Once you confirm your intent to opt out, we may be required to take steps to comply with applicable laws and regulations. This may include:

   • Removing your access to products or services available only to Accredited Investors.

   • Withdrawing your interests in such products or services, such as unstaking your assets. The unstaking process may take time. During this period, your staked assets will be temporarily unavailable to sell or transfer until the unstaking process is complete.

   • Closing certain accounts intended only for Accredited Investors that you hold with us.

3. We'll send you a confirmation email after the opt-out process is completed
