EVM chains should be grouped together. Developers on Polygon and BNB clearly can reuse majority of skills and EVM tooling. It would also appreciate Starknet efforts in building the great CairoVM dev community by showing their growth. Beyond the VM stack grouping I can imagine an extended grouping that adds all non-EVM L2 because of the ecosystem interop.
